Dear Readers,

Join Paul Red Elk, Lakota Medicine Man and herbalist, for a 7-week intensive herbal studies workshop. In this workshop, you will learn what herbs you can use for first aid, and you will make your own herbal first aid kit using 7 different herbs. During the first hour of each class, each of the 7 herbs you will work with will be discussed in detail. Then during the second hour of each class, you will make herbal first aid remedies. You will learn about and work with common herbal plants that can be used for cuts, bruises, broken bones, sprains, insect stings, and trauma. I strongly encourage anyone who can to take advantage of this opportunity to learn from one of the last truly traditionally trained medicine men alive today. I know he has helped me and others a lot where Western medicine has failed us severely. I am thankful for Paul Red Elk and recommend him wholeheartedly.

Love, Marie
