Cinema Ballroom has been recognized as the top dance studio in the Twin Cities to learn to partner dance. I love to dance at the Cinema Ballroom, and I love to teach my Zumba Gold® class there. My Zumba Gold® dance fitness class is for any adult who wants to have fun while getting into better shape. No partner is needed, but it’s fun to bring a friend(s) to the party. Upstairs (second floor) studio at the Cinema Ballroom in St. Paul, MN
Participants should wear comfortable, activewear clothing that is not restrictive and allows cooling for appropriate thermoregulation of the body. Zumba Fitness recommends that you wear cross training or aerobic style shoes that provide cushion and medial lateral support needed for side-to-side movements. Such shoes also have low traction rubber for easy sliding and turning. Please be careful with running shoes because they usually have a heavy tread on the bottom and are designed for forward movement. Please make sure your shoes are clean and dry with a non-marking rubber sole. Bring water to drink and stay hydrated.
