Mary, mother of our Lord, and Archangel Michael record their service ceremony using the Instructions for Helping to Improve the Human Condition

Below is a transcription of a recording of Mary, mother of our Lord, and Archangel Michael performing service together using the Instructions for Helping to Improve the Human Condition, which can easily be found on this website.  You can listen to the included recording of the service ceremony or just read the transcript or both.  Mary and Michael started doing service together in August of 2012.  They began recording their service sessions during March of 2013.  Never before had they recorded a service ceremony for the purpose of public sharing, and never before has anyone heard any of their recordings.  Therefore, Mary was nervous at the beginning of this session, and she apologizes for that.

Mary:  It is January 22, 2017, almost 4:00 pm.  We have Mary, mother of our Lord, guiding Archangel Michael as a subject.  Okay, are you lying down on your back with your arms parallel to your body and your feet separated enough that your thighs are not touching?

Michael:  Yes

Mary:  And your fingers are loosely outstretched, with the palms facing down?

Michael:  All but one

Mary:  Because you are holding my hand?

Michael:  Mmhmm

Mary:  Sorry I am so choked up.  You are holding my hand as we offer ourselves for service in the Light of God.  We ask that this service be only in the highest good of all involved.  We ask the Angels of the White Light and/or the most appropriate being(s) of the White Light to envelop us in a shield of White Light of God for protection from any intrusions by any energies or entities we work with today.  We also ask the Angels of the White Light to guide us in our service today.  We would like to serve in accordance with the Light of God in the best way that we can now.  And in particular Lord, we ask for help in helping others to connect with you so that they can become wise, learn the truth and what’s good and how to live and what to do so that we can be guided by you so that we can find peace and joy and happiness, so that we can have heaven on earth.  Because I look around and I see that, more than ever I think, people are ready for it.  There is so much suffering.  I see homeless people every day.  They don’t even have the necessities, which are water, food, shelter, clothing, footwear.  So, it seems like really dark, the darkest times to me.  So, we offer ourselves for service because we have good intentions and we want what you want, Lord.  So, we know we can help.  And this is such an important time.  Now is the time.  If there is anything we can do, now is the time to do it.  If there is a time, it’s now.

Michael:  Yeah

Mary:  If there’s any time, then what are we waiting for?  There is no better time than right now, today, to do what we can do to serve you, Lord, the White Light, whatever you want to call it.  Some people call you Allah, I don’t know, um nature, creator, I call you Lord, our Lord, my Lord.  I want what you want.  That’s the only thing there is to want because that’s the only thing that’s good and true.  And so, we offer ourselves for service in the Light, in your Light of God, and we ask that this service be only in the highest good of all.  And we would like to serve in accordance with the Light, the White Light, the Golden White Light of our Lord God, in the best way we can now.

Michael:  Amen

Mary:  First take long, deep breaths and stretch your whole body if you want to or need to.  And then relax completely and just take long, deep breaths.  Every breath you take is even deeper than before.  You inhale, you hold the breath for three seconds, and as you exhale slowly, you relax all over.  Every breath is even deeper than before.  And as your whole body begins to relax, and every nerve and muscle begins to let go and loosen, your eyelids become relaxed.  They feel more and more relaxed, and they’re so relaxed, they don’t care to open.

Now focus all of your awareness on your right foot.  Relax the toes of your right foot.  Let this relaxed feeling spread through the ball of the foot and all the way back to the heel.  Now let this relaxed feeling expand into the calf of the leg.  Allow the calf muscles to let go.  And now, while your muscles and nerves are relaxing, allow your mind to relax also.  Let your mind wander to pleasant scenes in your imagination.  Let your mind drift away to where it will as you go deeper into relaxation.  You are breathing deeply and easily.  All your cares and tensions are fading away as you go deeper into relaxation.  With every breath, you go deeper into pleasant, comfortable relaxation.

Now let the wave of relaxation expand from your right calf up into the thigh muscles.  Let those muscles go loose.  The right leg is now completely relaxed and comfortable.  Now focus on your left foot.  The toes relax, the whole foot relaxes.  Let the feeling of relaxation move up into the left calf.  Let the calf muscles go.  Your legs are feeling so relaxed that they don’t want to move.  As you relax the left thigh muscles, they let go, and you become more and more relaxed.  Now the wave of relaxation moves upward through your hips and abdomen.  You let go more and more.  The abdominal muscles relax with each exhale.  Now the stomach area relaxes.  Let it go.

The fingers of your right hand are now relaxing, and so is your wrist.  Now your arm relaxes on up to your right shoulder.  Your whole right arm is relaxed and numb.  You may feel your fingers or toes tingling, which is a good sign, so continue to go deeper.

The fingers of your left hand are completely relaxed.  Your hand and arm are letting go.  The relaxation expands up to your left shoulder.  Now let the back muscles relax, from your shoulders all the way down to your waist.  Let all the back muscles go.

Now relax the muscles in your neck.  Let your mouth relax, let your jaws separate, and let the chin and cheek muscles soften.  Now let your eyes go completely.  Relax and feel comfortable and good.  Relax the eyebrows and the forehead, too.  Let the entire scalp relax, from the forehead to the back of the neck.  You are now completely relaxed and your body feels weightless.

And it is good to remember that you have been in this state so many times before.  And your body has just been waiting to get back to this feeling, a little vacation from the world.

Imagine now, begin to visualize, deep within your chest, a brilliant light.  It is your connection with the Light.  See this light glowing warmly and expanding into your abdomen and down into your legs and feet.  Now see the light expand up into your chest and shoulders and out into your arms and hands.  See the light expand even further up into your neck and head.  Now imagine that the light is expanding out past your body, at least an arm’s length in front of you, behind you, on either side of you, as high as you can reach above your head and down beneath your feet.  See and feel the energy of this light filling your entire body and surrounding you lovingly, protectingly, and comfortably.  Sparkling through the light now, imagine bits of emerald green, the color of the energy of healing, and bits of rose pink, the color of the energy of love.  Every cell of your body has its own intelligence and will use this healing energy for your highest good.

Now, in a few moments I will count to 3.  And when I do, you will find yourself in a natural setting, alone, just by yourself, and you will be able to describe your impression of that place to me.

Michael:  Wow, I was really floating in the induction, it feels so wonderful, most wonderful ever.  That was amazing.

Mary:  Well, good

Michael:  I am by the stream.

[Note that Michael often, but not always, finds himself on the banks of this stream upon completion of the induction.  Further, the stream can be quiet or violent, peaceful or roiling.]

Relaxed.  The stream is just kind of a bubbling brook, not a lot of water coming.  Michael seems to have picked me up and carrying me.  It’s like a lot of flooding.  Lots and lots of flooding.  More than one continent flooding, inland, lots of rain, from lots of rain.

Mary:  Can you describe where you are?

[Michael sneezed.]

Michael:  Someplace that makes me sneeze.  I don’t know then it just got dark.  It got dark.  It got dark.

Mary:  I ask the Angels of the White Light to completely wrap in an inescapable capsule of White Light this darkness or interference and remove that energy or entity to its appropriate place so we can resume where we were at the description of where you were.

Michael:  I see flowers so maybe Holland, the Dutch, the tulip fields, flower fields under water.  Flowers and sheep.  I don’t know if it’s sheep or sheeple.  I think it’s more sheep than sheeple.  Flowers and sheep.  Yeah, if those two are right, then there will be a lot more flooding.

Mary:  Who’s those two?

Michael:  Those two places, like flower fields and sheep get flooded, then there will be more, if those are right.  Yeah, some places are just a given, like Miami and New Orleans and any low-lying places are just going to flood.

Mary:  Climate change

Michael:  Mmhmm, it’s going to be the first big challenge of this new climate change-denying administration.  There are going to be lots of natural disasters.

Mary:  Is there something that we could or should do about that?  Is there a purpose to report that in this, or?

Michael:  That’s what I am trying to figure out, what’s the point.  Maybe you need to clear the area again.

Mary:  I ask the Angels of the White Light to completely wrap any negative or destructive energy or entity in the area or affecting us or affecting this session or anything that we can that is a negative or a dark one or a red one, anything that doesn’t belong, anything that is a watcher or interference, if it is in accordance with the White Light, I ask that each and every one be wrapped in an inescapable capsule of White Light and removed to its appropriate place by the most appropriate being or beings of the White Light, because we want what you want, Lord.

Michael:  Yeah

Mary:  And that will be what is in the highest good of all.  That will be the union of good plus truth.

Michael:  Mmhmm

Mary:  Love and Faith

Michael:  Yeah

Mary:  Now do you get a sense that we should do a mirror scan or a chakra examination?

Michael:  Yeah, maybe.  I have been feeling needles sticking me a lot lately in my feet and hands.

Mary:  Can you see a mirror in front of you?  See yourself standing in front of a special mirror.

Michael:  The stream…

Mary:  Can the stream allow you to see through your body?

Michael:  Yeah.  There are needles in my toes and fingers, implant things.

Mary: If it is in accordance with the White Light of God, then we ask the Angels of the White Light or the most appropriate being or beings of the White Light to come now and completely wrap each and every needle in your toes, fingers, anywhere in your energy system, in any chakra, in your field, wrap each and every one in an inescapable capsule of White Light and remove it to its appropriate place.  We also ask the Angels of the White Light to remove anything that does not belong, that is not part of Michael.  We also ask the Angels of the White Light to bring healing into all the places in Michael’s field that were affected by any presences we have encountered.  We ask them to fill Michaels’ body and entire energy system with White Light, and so ask them to seal Michael’s energy field against any further intrusions by any other beings or energies.

And we ask for a mesh of Golden White Light to be run through Mike’s entire field from toe to head and head to toe and right to left and left to right, trapping anything that doesn’t belong, anything that’s negative, anything that’s foreign, any interference, any darkness, remove it to its appropriate place in that inescapable mesh of Golden White Light, fine mesh of Golden White Light to just get rid of everything that doesn’t belong.

And I ask for any and all fragments that can be found to be found, healed in the White Light and returned to their appropriate place, especially and particularly in your energy field or system, towards integration, wholeness, healing.  And I ask for protection in accordance with the White Light against any further intrusion.  And I ask for your energy to be strengthened in your work of fighting the devil and satan, the fight for the light.  The fight for light to shine the light in dark times.  That’s why you are here.  We know that, we have found that out.

[Note that Michael and I have been shown in altered states starting in September of 2012 that Michael’s purpose is to shine the light because he is the Archangel Michael.  These concepts have been constantly reinforced ever since, even against the skepticism of the scientists within us.]

Michael:  Mmhmm

Mary:  How do you feel?

Michael:  Really good

Mary:  Do you see anything else in looking at your, let’s look through your chakras.  Do you see anything else in the mirror in the stream?

Michael:  Uh-huh, no, I don’t think so.

Mary:  Let’s look through your chakras and see if they look good, if they look clear.

Michael:  Well, there is maybe something trying to cling on behind me.

Mary:  And I ask, if it is in accordance with the White Light of God, then I ask the Angels of the White Light and/or the most appropriate being(s) of the White Light to come now and completely wrap whatever that entity or energy is that is trying to cling on behind Michael along with anything else that doesn’t belong, I ask for each and every one to be wrapped in an inescapable capsule of White Light and removed it to its appropriate place.  And I ask the Angels of the White Light to remove anything that does not belong, that is not part of Michael, and to bring healing into all the places in Michael’s field that were affected by any presences we have encountered, and to fill Michael’s body and entire energy system with White Light, and so ask them to seal Michael’s energy field against any further intrusions by any other beings or energies.  I ask for the same for myself, so that we can serve in the best way in accordance with the White Light.

And how does that feel now?

Michael:  I feel so good.  I wish I could make you feel the way I feel, no pain.

Mary:  Does it feel like the process is complete there?

Michael:  No pain, it’s wonder, it’s heaven, heavenly.

Mary:  And the mirror is clear, you can see your translucent self and there is nothing interfering now?

Michael:  No, I don’t think so.

Mary:  Let’s look at your chakras just to make sure.  Look at the base of your spine, the location of the first chakra, what color is that, the energy of survival?

Michael:  Red orange

Mary:  It’s red, yeah.  Is there someone or something there that does not belong?

Michael:  I don’t think so.

Mary:  What about the next one, below your belly button, the energy of generativity and sexuality.

Michael:  It’s like yellow green.

Mary:  Well you’re already past the orange, you’re past the red, the orange and okay, look at the yellow and green and all the spaces between, how does everything look?

Michael:  More tuned up than it ever has been.

Mary:  Ok, where are you now, your throat?

Michael:  Blue violet

Mary:  Yeah, blue, the energy of creativity and communication, and the space between the fourth green and the fifth blue.

Michael:  Maybe something dark there to be cleared out.

Mary:  If it is in accordance with the White Light of the Lord, then I ask the Angels of the White Light to come now and completely wrap whatever doesn’t belong that’s darkness that’s there in Michael’s fourth green or fifth blue or somewhere between chakra or anywhere, anything that doesn’t belong anywhere in his energy field, I ask for each and every interference, dark one, object, anything that doesn’t belong to be wrapped in an inescapable capsule of White Light and removed it to its appropriate place, or whatever the best way is to remove it, best way to heal Mike and free him from this interference and distraction and violation of his free will, frankly.

Michael:  Yeah and what is that in between which two?

Mary:  We were looking between the heart chakra, the green one, and the throat chakra, the blue one.  Or was it, you were also to the purple one.

Michael:  No, it was between the green and the blue.

Mary:  And how does that look now?

Michael:  It looks better now, yeah.

Mary:  And is there anything else there?

Michael:  Yeah, but it’s, it doesn’t, it’s not going away, there’s something about that not going away, that’s the problem.

Mary:  Where is that?

Michael:  In that same location.  Maybe just clear it again.

Mary:  Between the green and the blue?

Michael:  Yeah

Mary:  And what is that? What does it look like?

Michael:  It’s brown and stain, like from all this shit.

Mary:  And if that brown stain could talk, what would it say?

Michael:  Time to go away

Mary:  Oh, good, if it is in accordance with the White Light of God, then we ask the Angels of the White Light or the most appropriate being of the White Light, Lord send the most appropriate being of the White Light, to completely wrap in an inescapable capsule of White Light this brown stain that is ready to go.  If a cord needs to be severed, then I ask for the cord to be severed.  I ask for that stain to go in the best way.  If the best way is to wrap it in an inescapable capsule of White Light and remove it to its appropriate place, I ask for it to be done that way or in the best way by the best, most appropriate beings of the White Light, in the highest good of all.  And I ask for healing and protection.  And if there are any fragments missing that have to do with that, I ask that they be found, any of them that can be found to be found, healed in the White Light before being reintegrated into their rightful place where they belong towards wholeness, healing.

And what happened now?

Michael:  It seems to be better.  I am up to seeing yellow, see yellow, yellow is more clear, too.  Yeah, green, blue, yeah looks better, purple.

Mary:  Are you at your sixth chakra, above and between your eyebrows, the color purple?

Michael:  Yeah

Mary:  The seat of intuition, the third eye.

Michael:  Mmhmm

Mary:  And notice also the space between the fifth blue chakra and the sixth chakra.  Is there something or someone in the purple chakra or the blue chakra that doesn’t belong?

Michael:  Interference, yeah.

Mary:  If it is in accordance with the White Light…

Michael:  Like bat wings…

Mary:  We ask the Angels of the White Light to come now and completely wrap these bat wings and any other interference in an inescapable capsule of White Light and remove it to its appropriate place.  And we ask the Angels of the White Light to remove anything that does not belong, that is not part of Michael.  We also ask the Angels of the White Light to bring healing into all the places in Michael’s field that were affected by any presences we have encountered.  We ask them to fill Michael’s body and entire energy system with White Light, and so ask them to seal Michael’s energy field against any further intrusions by any other beings or energies that are not in accordance with the White Light of God, including watchers, trees, any aliens, any devices, any form of interference, any kind of dark ones, be they any color, any energy, grey, black, teal, red, white, whatever.  Each and every one that doesn’t belong, that’s a dark one, that’s negative, that’s an interference, that’s an observer, a watcher, I ask for all of it to be cleared, everything that can be, the whole area.  I ask for a pyramid, just clear the whole area that can be cleared.  I ask for a pyramid of protection, and as above, so below.

Michael:  Yeah

Mary:  I envision a pyramid over my location.  I ask the Angels of the White Light to come now and fill the space within this pyramid with White Light and release any residues of any energies or entities, or any energies or entities themselves, that may remain in this space but do not belong here.  I ask the Angels of the White Light to seal this space against any intrusion by any energies or entities.  And I ask for any portals to be cleared of energies and sealed off so there can be no further intrusion.  I ask the Angels of the White Light to clear any portals of all energies and entities and seal them so there can be no further intrusions.

Look now at the top or just atop your head, the seventh chakra, the crown chakra, the energy of the highest consciousness, the spiritual center.  What do you see there?

Michael:  Seems like it’s white, kind of a creamy white.

Mary:  Yeah, it can be white, or violet, or gold.  And your light is white, it’s white now.  It’s a white Mike.

Michael:  It’s like vanilla ice cream, not totally white, though.

Mary:  Well, then, I will ask, if it is in accordance with the White Light of God, I will ask the Angels of the White Light and/or the most appropriate being(s) of the White Light to come now and completely wrap in an inescapable capsule of White Light any interference, anything that’s interfering with the crown chakra, wrap it in an inescapable capsule of White Light and remove it to its appropriate place.  And I ask the Angels of the White Light to remove anything that does not belong, that is not part of Michael and to bring healing into all the places in his field that were affected by any presences we have encountered and to fill his body and entire energy system with White Light, and so ask them to seal Michael’s energy field against any further intrusions by any other beings or energies.

Well, we haven’t cleared you for a while, so I am not surprised, it’s a good thing.

Michael:  Thank you

Mary:  Do you feel like it’s pretty complete now, it’s better?

Michael:  I feel like a whole new person.

Mary:  All right, that’s great.  Well, I will say now there will occur somewhere in this setting a doorway or passageway that will lead us to where we need to go in accordance with the White Light to do what is best for us to do now.  And when you have a sense of that doorway or passageway, let me know, and describe it for me please.

Michael:  Well this is weird, but you know the rope guy from the rodeo?

[Note we had just been to the rodeo that weekend, and a very talented cowboy did rope tricks.]

Mary:  Yeah.

Michael:  He’s spinning the rope and the doorway is inside of the spinning rope.

Mary:  Ok, well if that’s your doorway, there’s your mission impossible if you should choose to accept it.  What will you do?

Michael:  Go through the doorway.

Mary:  Does it feel like the right thing to do?

Michael:  Yeah.

Mary:  Does it feel safe?

Michael:  Yeah.

Mary:  It feels like the passageway?

Michael:  Yeah.

Mary:  And are you going?

Michael:  Yeah, I think I went back in time.  Is there anything you want to know about from back in time?

Mary:  I want what the Lord wants because that is the only thing to want, the only thing that’s good.

Michael:  The Lord says you have a question to ask.

Mary:  From back in time?  Lessons learned.  It will have to be, what is the most important lesson that we learned, looking back in time, what is the most important lesson that we learned that we must, I imagine, that we must need to bring forward most importantly.  And I know it has to do with our Lord hanging on that cross.

Michael:  Yeah

Mary:  And what I want to know is how to prevent the hanging of the Lord on the cross when the Lord comes for the second coming, that’s a lesson from the past.

Michael:  Well the non-believers are going to kill each other fighting.  The meek shall inherit the earth, the people who don’t want to fight.  We just have to figure out how to not fight, it’s the key.

Mary:  It’s so hard, it’s like smoking, you just have to not do something and yet it is so hard to refrain from it.

Michael:  Yeah, not hate your ex-wife.

Mary:  So we need your help, Lord.  We need your help because we don’t have the strength, Lord, you are the one who is strong.  We are not good, you are the one who is good, Lord, so we need your help.

Michael:  Yeah, we do.

Mary:  We need your help, Lord, to be good and strong and right, true and wise and faithful, we need help.  Nobody can do it by themselves, that’s why we need the Lord, to be good, because we can’t be good on our own, obviously.  If we were good on our own, the Lord wouldn’t be hanging on the cross.

Michael:  That’s true.

Mary:  What can we do?

Michael:  Get people to read the Instructions [the Instructions for Helping to Improve the Human Condition], work with other people.

Mary:  Spread the Word, so to speak?

Michael:  Exactly

Mary:  Yes, Lord, we will.  Is there anything else?

Michael:  I don’t think so.

Mary:  Do you feel like we are ready for the closing paragraphs?

Michael:  Yeah, I think so.

Mary:  I call upon the Angels of the White Light to come now and wrap in a capsule of White Light any residual energies or entities that may remain in my or Michael’s atmosphere, energy system, soul or spirit that are not of our own true nature and remove them to their appropriate place.

If it is in accordance with the White Light, then I ask the Angels of the White Light to seek everywhere they can for any parts of myself or Michael that may have been lost, scattered, or fragmented due to the presence or intrusion of any entity or energy we have encountered, to find these parts and heal them in the White Light and return them, integrate them back into our energy system, soul or spirit, where they belong.  I ask that this be done now.

I ask the Angels of White Light to bring healing into all the places in Michael’s and my field, soul and spirit that were affected by any entity or energy we have encountered.  I ask them to fill our bodies, entire energy systems, souls and spirits with White Light, and so ask them to seal our bodies, energy fields, souls and spirits against any intrusion or interference by any other beings or energies.

I also request the Angel of Love to come and touch the heart of Michael and me, strengthening us in our service.

In the name of the Light, we give thanks to all the beings who assisted in this work today and every day.  Thank you.

We thank you, Lord, we love you, we praise you, we need you and we want you.

Michael:  Yes

Mary:  And we want what you want because that’s the only thing there is to want that’s good and true.

When I count to 5 you will return back into the room very awake and alert and you will remember everything that happened whenever you want to or whenever you need to.

Michael:  Oh man, I went somewhere, was floating.

Mary:  Felt good?

Michael:  Mmhmm

Mary:  You feel warm?

Michael:  Yes.  Thank you, dear.

Mary:  Thank you.  That was beautiful.

Michael:  I wish we had time to do it for you.  I think you got some, too.

Mary:  That was beautiful.

Michael:  I can’t wait to hear it.
