Dear Readers,

I have reflected a lot on all of the images of Mary crying. Especially today, on her special day of December 12 (Our Lady of Guadalupe), I reflect on all the images of Mary crying. Grieving is important, vital even. After the grieving has been done, then, I have found during my darkest hours, the choice must be made to:

Laugh or Die

Live or Cry

As important as grieving is, there should be more to a good life. I’m not saying that one should expect to be happy all the time. I’m just imagining how the world could be if Mary were happy. I choose to laugh and live.
