We will do our best to make things right for you. Please do not expect highly scented or brightly colored soaps since we are focused on health rather than aesthetics.

Soap for sale at http://www.art-and-smart.com aims to be as natural and additive-free as possible. Nevertheless, a reaction is possible, especially since there is no animal testing. Store in a cool, dry place. Soap is free of preservatives and usable even if some spots develop over time.
Due to the high cost of shipping, returns are not accepted. Soap is shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS). Any shipping problems will be resolved through USPS procedures. If your soap purchase is not suitable for you, then please consider gifting the soap to someone for whom it may be suitable. For example, Marie has donated soap to homeless persons and needy students. Soap kills coronaviruses. External use only for your skin.

By purchasing soap at http://www.art-and-smart.com, the Customer voluntarily indemnifies, releases from liability, and holds harmless Marie Kube for any accident, injury, illness, death, loss, damage to person or property, or other consequences suffered by Customer or any other person arising or resulting directly or indirectly from Customer’s purchase of soap at http://www.art-and-smart.com. In the event that Customer is injured, Customer agrees to assume any financial obligation, either through Customer’s personal health insurance, or through some other means, for any medical costs which Customer incurs.
