Calendula and Shea Butter Soap

Unscented soap for people who care about their skin, which is their largest organ. The pleasant smell of the high quality ingredients is subtle and leaves you smelling clean and not feeling itchy.

Calendula soap handmade by Dr. Marie is creamy and less drying with shea butter. Calendula officinalis flowers are excellent for skin health, soothing to the skin, antimicrobial, and useful for problems like acne, rashes, and skin irritations. Calendula has anti-aging effects by inducing collagen production and inhibiting collagen degradation.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of Olive and Shea butter infused with Calendula (Calendula officinalis) flowers.

About 3.5 to 4 ounces per bar.

Marie has been developing this soap making process for more than 8 years and started selling handmade soaps in the summer of 2021. She has sensitive skin due to a skin condition. Not being able to find any suitable products for herself, she realized the need for truly natural and chemical-free soap and created her own. She is a Chemist (B.A. in Chemistry, minor in Math) and a Biologist (Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology). Marie has been growing and using medicinal herbs for well over 10 years.
